Training Policy

Last Updated: October 20, 2026

Calabasas Top Trainer provides personalized private coaching with dedicated time reserved for each client. The following policies support consistent progress, reliable scheduling, and respectful use of that time.

Advance Payment

All personal training sessions and packages must be paid in full before training begins.

Automatic Billing

Automatic billing is available through an authorized debit or credit card. Enrollment requires separate authorization confirming the payment amount, renewal schedule, and cancellation process.

Depending on the selected arrangement, billing follows a recurring four-week cycle or the applicable package renewal schedule. Package deadlines are five weeks for Pack-4 and six weeks for Pack-8, Pack-12, and Pack-20.

The applicable billing schedule is confirmed before automatic payments begin. This policy alone does not authorize charges.

Reserved Training Times

Private training packages secure recurring weekly appointments reserved exclusively for the client. Maintaining these appointments requires timely payment and compliance with the cancellation, package validity, and spot-holding policies below.

Missing a session does not automatically extend a package or suspend billing. Extended inactivity, expired packages, or non-payment may result in the release of reserved appointments. Calabasas Top Trainer manages the reassignment of released time slots.

Session Cancellations and No-Shows

Please provide at least 24 hours’ notice to cancel or reschedule an appointment.

Cancellations made with less than 24 hours’ notice and missed appointments are subject to a charge equal to 50% of the applicable session rate.

Exceptions may be considered for sudden illness, accidents, family emergencies, natural disasters, or other circumstances beyond reasonable control. Exceptions are evaluated individually at MisterG’s discretion.

Rescheduled sessions remain subject to availability and the package’s expiration date.

Package Validity and Grace Period

Packages are intended to support regular weekly training within a four-week period. A limited grace period provides additional time to complete sessions:

Pack-4: Five weeks.
Pack-8: Six weeks.
Pack-12: Six weeks.
Pack-20: Six weeks.

The completion period begins on the package start date confirmed at purchase. A grace period provides additional scheduling flexibility; it does not automatically postpone an authorized billing date.

Holding a Training Spot During Inactivity

Clients who cannot train beyond the normal four-week period but wish to retain their recurring appointments may request a temporary spot hold.

An approved spot hold carries a fee based on 50% of the applicable session rate for each week of inactivity. The exact charge, appointments being held, and hold duration are confirmed in writing before the hold begins.

Spot-hold fees reserve appointment availability and do not purchase additional training sessions. A spot hold does not extend package validity unless an extension is confirmed in writing.

Without an approved hold, recurring appointments may be released.

Unused Sessions and Refunds

Unused sessions expire at the end of the applicable completion period unless an extension has been approved in writing.

Payments are generally non-refundable, and expired sessions are not eligible for a refund or credit, except where required by applicable law or otherwise confirmed in writing.

Professional Conduct

A respectful, professional training environment is expected at all times. Clients and coaches are expected to communicate courteously, respect personal boundaries, and protect one another’s privacy.

Harassment, threatening conduct, inappropriate behavior, or serious breaches of professional boundaries may result in the immediate suspension or discontinuation of services. Any remaining payments or refunds will be handled according to applicable law.

Privacy and Confidentiality

Calabasas Top Trainer treats client health, fitness, and personal information as confidential. Information is used to provide and manage coaching services and is disclosed only with appropriate authorization or as otherwise permitted or required by law.

Additional information about website data practices is available in our Privacy Policy.

Training Safety and Participation

Physical training involves inherent risks, including discomfort, strains, falls, and other injuries.

Clients should share relevant health conditions, injuries, physical limitations, and changes in their health before participating. Medical clearance may be requested when appropriate.

Please follow coaching instructions and stop an exercise immediately if pain, dizziness, unusual shortness of breath, or other concerning symptoms occur.

Any informed-consent or liability-waiver requirements are addressed separately before training begins. This website policy does not replace those documents or limit rights provided by law.

Discontinuing Training and Automatic Billing

Clients wishing to discontinue recurring training or automatic billing should provide written notice at least seven days before the next scheduled billing date by emailing coach@calabasastoptrainer.com.

Calabasas Top Trainer may also discontinue an ongoing coaching arrangement with at least seven days’ written notice, except where immediate discontinuation is necessary for safety or serious misconduct.

Stopping future billing does not automatically extend existing packages or create a refund entitlement. Remaining sessions are subject to their applicable expiration dates and any cancellation or refund rights provided by law.

Applicable Rights

Nothing in this policy limits cancellation, refund, or other consumer rights provided by applicable law. Where a policy provision conflicts with a legal requirement, the legal requirement takes precedence.
