Movement Competence for Longevity™

Assess how you move. Find a purposeful way forward.

The Functional Age Assessment is a proprietary movement evaluation developed by Elements Of G and grounded in the gTonnicks Method™. It looks beyond a single strength or speed result to consider how you use posture, mobility, balance, coordination, and muscular control.

Ten movement measures create a practical snapshot of your current movement competence. The results help MisterG identify strengths, movement priorities, and a starting point for training.

Functional Age Score™

Your assessment results are brought together in a proprietary coaching score that is designed to be actionable, repeatable, and trackable over time.

It gives you a clear movement baseline and helps direct the work ahead without relying on a generic fitness score.

The Functional Age Score™ is a proprietary fitness coaching measure. It is not a medical diagnosis, a validated biological-age measurement, or a prediction of lifespan.

What the assessment explores

A closer look at the qualities behind capable movement.

The assessment uses controlled movement tasks to observe how you organize and control your body.

01 / POSTURE

Alignment

Observe upright posture and apply the Six Points of Form: Core Seal, The Line, Total Activation, The Blade, Sovereign Movement, and Breath.

02 / MOBILITY

Range & transition

Explore squat positions, stretching, floor mobility, and the ability to move between positions with control.

03 / BALANCE

Stability & coordination

Assess balance through front, lateral, and arabesque leg extensions and other controlled single-leg tasks.

04 / CONTROL

Intentional engagement

Explore neuromuscular precision and IPCM: Intentional & Purposeful Contraction of the Muscles.

The movement tasks shown are examples of the assessment approach. The specific measures used may reflect the assessment protocol and your abilities on the day.
